Note:

On-going customer service.  24/7 Tech support.  Real people answer their cell phones and only occasionally disappear for vacation or family events.

Occasional in-person visits [more if you have chocolate sitting around!].  We like to maintain contact with our customers.

We always meet face to face whenever possible.  No digital signatures [not yet]. Most of our customers prefer good old-fashioned paper.  We want you to make a copy of the paper work too, or we’ll send you a copy before we leave your office.
